What we collect

• Your email address — only if you choose to sign in.
• Your conversations — messages you send and the replies generated for you, stored so returning visitors can continue where they left off.
• An anonymous identifier kept in your browser's local storage.
• Your IP address — used only for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
• If you subscribe: your Stripe customer reference. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see them.

How it is used

Only to operate Enoughly: remember conversations across visits, protect the service against abuse, send verification codes, and manage subscriptions. We do not sell your data and we do not use conversations for advertising.

AI processing

Your messages are sent to a third-party AI provider (currently DeepSeek) to generate replies. Please don't share anything you would not want that service to process. Enoughly is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

Deleting your data

Use "Delete conversations" in the menu to erase all chat history immediately. Signing out removes your identity from this device. To fully remove everything associated with your account, contact us via the feedback form below and we will delete it.
